Desmond Well Drilling, Inc. operates year-round as a full service well drilling company:

Drills and installs 4” production well systems, 2” monitoring wells, test borings with SPT sampling.

• Performs service calls to diagnose and repair well issues.

• Replaces pumps, water storage tanks.

• Trenches for the installation of water and electrical lines.

• Conducts a wide variety of drilling, equipment operation, plumbing and electrical tasks.

Normal hours are 7:30 to 4:00 overtime is frequently incurred.

Experienced well driller: Desmond Well Drilling, Inc. operates four drill rigs and is seeking a MA DEP

certificated well driller. Hollow stem auger drilling experience preferred for the installation of small diameter

production wells, monitoring wells and soil borings. Pay scale: $30 - $45 per hour based on experience and

qualifications.

Requirements:

• Valid MA driver’s license

• OSHA10 certificate

• MA DOT medical certificate

• Physically able to meet the lifting requirements of all aspects of this business.

• MA Hoisting Engineer Licenses 1B, 1C, 2A, 4B.

• Hard-working with a strong work ethic who can follow directions and work on a team.

• MA well driller’s certificate

Well driller’s helper: Seeking full time well driller’s helper. Experience preferred. MA DEP certificate not

required. Pay scale: $25 to $32 based on experience and qualifications.

• Physically able to meet the lifting requirements of all aspects of this business.

Lead Laborer: Seeking full time laborer. No experience needed. Job tasks include: heavy lifting, digging, trenching,

assisting with well, pump and tank installations. Pay scale: Starting at $25 based on experience and

qualifications.
